Abstract： Apolipoprotein H(APOH)is a glycoprotein synthesized by liver cells,closely related to insulin resistance(IR)and lipoprotein metabolism,and plays an important role in the occurrence and development of diabetes mellitus and dyslipidemia.This article reviews the research progress on the biological functions of APOH and its correlation with metabolic diseases.
